The Pooper Scooper Service (“the Service”) is provided subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Liability Limitations: The Service is not responsible for any damage to property, including but not limited to lawns, landscaping, or other surfaces, that occurs during the performance of cleaning services. We take all reasonable care, but some risks may still be present, particularly in areas that are hard to access or poorly maintained.

  2. Health and Safety: The Service is provided with care to ensure sanitary removal of waste. However, we do not guarantee the eradication of all potential pathogens or allergens. It is recommended that all property owners exercise caution when interacting with pets or waste in areas serviced by the Pooper Scooper Service.

  3. Weather Conditions: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat that could interfere with the cleaning process or safety of our staff.

  4. Access to Property: The customer is responsible for providing access to areas where pet waste removal is required. The Service is not responsible for delays or non-completion of service due to locked gates, fences, or other obstacles.

  5. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for services once the work has been completed.

  6. Service Scope: The Service is limited to pet waste removal and does not include additional services such as lawn care, pest control, or deep cleaning. If there are other concerns, the customer should seek separate services.

  7. Pet Behavior: The Service reserves the right to refuse service if the pet’s behavior poses a risk to the safety of the staff. If the pet is aggressive or difficult to manage, alternative arrangements must be made for waste removal. 

  8.  Inclement Weather: If we are unable to provide service due to inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you in advance and make every effort to reschedule the missed service as soon as possible.

  9.  Double Duty for Missed Days: If we miss a scheduled service due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., severe weather, company-related issues), we will make up for it by completing double-duty service on a subsequent visit to catch up on missed scooping.

Credit Card Usage Agreement for Poo Doody LLC

1. Introduction
This Credit Card Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Poo Doody LLC (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”). By providing a credit card for payment, the Customer agrees to the following terms.

2. Authorized Use
The Customer authorizes Poo Doody LLC to charge the provided credit card solely for services rendered related to pooper scooper services as outlined in our service agreement. Any other use of the credit card is prohibited.

3. Payment Terms
Charges will occur as per the agreed service schedule (e.g., Monthly). The Customer will receive prior notification for any changes in service or additional charges. Charges will occur on the 1st of every month.  This is a pre-billing agreement.

4. Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available on the credit card. Any declined transactions may result in delayed service.

5. Changes to Credit Card Information
The Customer must inform Poo Doody LLC of any changes to the credit card information or if the card is lost or stolen.

6. Termination of Agreement
The Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Poo Doody LLC. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.

8. Acceptance
By providing your credit card information, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

9. Holidays Thanksgiving and Christmas will be off days.  Normal service will start the following week on your usual service day of the week.

10. Injury and Surgery of service tech – When scooper is off for surgery or illness.  We will try to have another tech service your yard.  If no one is available than we will start service the following week.  There will be no credits because yards will be fully clean when route is started again.
